We all think of theater as that moment when the actor sits alone on the stage with his hand on his hip, taking turns belting out the words. Or the applause at the end, when the actor's back hurts from so many bows. Through theater classes we aim to take our eyes off the top of the pyramid and look at the base.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theater means group, family, a close trust between those on stage and those behind it, behind the scenes. But it also means play, yes, we will play a lot. It seems simple enough, but this is one of the aspects that we will insist on, and which will then lead us to the next one, and this is where body training comes into play. Let's be clear - this will not be the physical education class we've all become accustomed to. The proposed exercises will aim to prepare the body for the stage, i.e. relaxation, coordination, balance, eurythmy, attention, concentration exercises.<\/p>\n

Then we'll move on to the word, from the first reading of a text to its interpretation. We'll learn to breathe cost-diaphragmatically, to regain a strong and correct breath. We will explore with our bodies and minds what stage improvisation means. We will also learn text - poems, stories and lines will be assimilated as naturally as possible, without too much wear and tear of \"learning by heart\".<\/p>\n

Of course, we also have a theoretical part, we will talk about the origins of theatre, its history and the various masks it has worn over time until today. We'll find out who the director is and what the director does, the role of the technical director, and absolutely the whole team behind a show.<\/p>\n

At a time when we are increasingly isolated and socially divided, theatre workshops are held with the aim of removing fears and boundaries, transforming them into a fruitful, revitalising time where knowledge and joy go from line to line.<\/p>\n
